Terms

The short version

• You pay once for a page. Hosting, your QR code and edits are included.
• Your content is yours. You let us show it, and you promise it is yours to share and follows the rules below.
• No scams, no impersonation, no illegal or harmful content. We can remove pages that break the rules.
• We do our best to keep everything running, but we cannot promise it will never go down.

What OnceDone is

OnceDone lets you fill in a short form and get a ready-made web page (a portfolio, for example) at your own address ending in oncedone.page, with a QR code and a private link for editing it later.

Some pages are not on sale yet. Where the site says "Tell me when", you can ask to be told when one opens; that is not a purchase.

Buying a page

Prices are in US dollars and shown as a one-time price. Optional extras (such as another language, your own web address, or removing the small OnceDone credit) are separate one-time prices.

Purchases are handled by Paddle, which acts as the seller of record. Paddle takes payment, works out and collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your invoice. The final price, including tax, is shown at checkout before you pay. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment.

Your page and your content

Your content stays yours. By publishing a page you allow us to store it, show it to anyone who opens your page, and make technical copies (for example resized images) so it works.

You promise that you have the right to share everything you put on your page, and that it follows these terms. You are responsible for what your page says.

You get a private link for editing your page. Keep it safe: anyone who has it can change your page. If you lose it, we can send it again to the email address you gave us.

We do not read every page before it goes live. We do run automatic checks on links, and we look at reports from people.

What is not allowed

You may not use OnceDone to publish or link to:

• scams, phishing or fake login, bank, payment or shop pages, or anything that pretends to be another person, business or brand
• malware, or links that lead to it
• anything illegal where you live or where we operate
• harassment, threats, or content that attacks people for who they are
• sexually explicit material
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy
• spam, or QR codes and links that quietly send people somewhere other than what they say

Links on your page must use https. You may not try to break, overload or get around the service.

If something breaks the rules

Every OnceDone page has a "Report this site" link. If a page breaks these terms, or if the law requires it, we may take it offline. Where we reasonably can, we tell you by email what we found and how to reply. Where a page is clearly harmful (a scam, for example), we may take it down first and explain afterwards.

If you think we made a mistake, email hello@oncedone.app and we will look again.

Your own web address

If you buy the extra that connects your own domain, you buy and keep the domain yourself; we connect it to your page. If the domain's settings are wrong or the domain expires, your page may not load at that address. It stays available at its oncedone.page address.

QR codes

The QR code we make for your page points to your page for as long as your page is online. We do not switch it off, and we do not charge to keep it working.

Keeping the service running

We work to keep OnceDone available, but we cannot promise it will always be, and we may change or improve it. If we ever decide to stop running OnceDone, we will email you in advance and give you a way to take your content with you.

Our responsibility

OnceDone is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit or lost opportunities), and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the page it concerns. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending things

You can ask us to delete your page at any time. Once it is deleted, the page and its QR code stop working. We may end your use of OnceDone if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we email customers before changes that matter to them take effect.
